My doctor sent me for an ultrasound of my thyroid last week. What amazing technology!


Sound allows us, on the outside, to see what's on the inside, in an incredibly clear fashion.

I remember when ultrasounds were blurs; now we see them as portraits.

Through our words, not our dressing, people see us. They immediately know us for who and what we really are --- arrogant, angry, vain, profane, gentle, kind, loving, caring....

The Bible says that the Father allows the Spirit of Truth to live in and speak to us. I think I'm going to listen more to see if it changes what comes out of me.

When people hear you, what image do they see?
